As a Registered Psychologist since 2015, and as a mental health practitioner since 2000, Nicole has a wealth of knowledge and experience helping a diverse range of clients to reach their performance goals and improve their mental health and wellbeing. She has worked for a number of years in Brisbane private practice providing assessment and treatment to a wide variety of clients.
Nicole believes that everyone deserves to feel capable and strong in their mindset. Starting from a point of understanding, we can all learn how to feel calm, think clearly, and take control of our emotions.

Nicole has a specific interest supporting women, athletes, performers, and young people. Her approach is individualised, flexible, wholistic, and draws from many treatment modalities. She constructively challenges the client in a way that is comfortable and empathetic. Her ultimate goal is to apply evidence-based psychology strategies to create positive, sustainable change for her clients.
